Hardware policies
- Exclusive of applicable taxes
- Data migrations are charged extra,
- AMCs are charged extra,
- Engineer site visits charges upon actuals
- Payment terms: 90% before dispatch. 10% upon completion
- Hardware is only dispatched after advance payment is received
- Warranty and support: 1-year from the date of installation
- Customer to provide required labor and electrician during the unmanned installation.
- System will require successful communication of weighment data over LAN or RS232 port in non-encrypted format.
Software policies
- Exclusive of applicable taxes
- Software customizations are charged extra.
- Data migrations are charged extra
- Software AMCs are charged extra
- Payment terms: 100% at the completion of installation for standard software
- Payment terms: 50% advance, 50% at the completion of installation for customized software
